Senior Games


To help prevent the spread COVID-19 the 2020 the Alamance/Burlington Senior Games are canceled. All registered participants in the 2020 Alamance/Burlington Senior Games are eligible to compete in the NC Senior Games State Finals this fall. You will receive confirmation and additional information as it becomes available. Coming in June the First Annual Virtual Heritage and Visual SilverArts Show along the Literary Art Finalists!

The mission of the Alamance/Burlington Senior Games is to promote healthy lifestyles -- both mentally and physically -- by encouraging seniors to practice and participate in their chosen event(s) throughout the year. There are a variety of events available, so there is something for everyone.

The Alamance/Burlington Senior Games is sanctioned by North Carolina Senior Games Inc. (NCSG), a nonprofit organization, and sponsored statewide by the North Carolina Division of Aging and Adult Services.
