Welcome to Burlington Connected! This program, which evolved from the wildly successful "Connecting Burlington Communities" (CBC) program, allows for non-emergency service requests to be submitted and be routed immediately to the appropriate City department for response. The Burlington Connected program provides two-way communication in which City staff can keep residents updated regarding the status of their request.
You may use the form below to submit a service request now. You may also download the "Burlington Connected," mobile application, available free in the App Store, Google Play, or the Windows Store, and submit requests as you see them. Finally, the (336) 222-5024 phone line is always available for you to report service requests.
