approval of the Woods of Grove Park, Inc., Subdivision. The property is located on the north side of
South Mebane Street approximately 400 feet west of Alamance Road as shown on
plans by Morgan Surveying dated February 15, 2005, and containing two lots.
(B) Mr. Franz Holt with Alley, Williams, Carmen
