to present an application for final plat approval of the Herron Hills
Subdivision, Phase 1. The property is
located on the east side of NC Highway 62 North approximately 530 feet south of
Carriage Loop as shown on plans by Carolina Cornerstone Surveying and Land
Design dated February 8, 2005, and containing three lots.
(B) Mr. Jeff Allred to present an application
