ITEM NO. 1Call meeting to order.

 

ITEM NO. 2: Approval of the minutes of the regular meeting held September 26, 2005.  (City and Extraterritorial)

 

ITEM NO. 3: Consent agenda:  (City)

 

(A)   Ms. Pam Carrigan with Evans Engineering, Inc., representing D. R. Horton, Inc., to present an application for final plat approval of Phase 1, Ingle Park Subdivision.  The property is located on the east side of Springwood Church Road approximately 1,500 feet north of Whitsett Park Road as shown on plans by Evans Engineering, Inc., dated October 4, 2005, and containing 70 lots.

 

(B)            Withdrawn by applicant.

 

(C)   Mr. Gary Parrish with Alley, Williams, Carmen and King, Inc., representing Windsor Investments, LLC, to present an application for final plat approval of Phase 1, Section 2, Park Place Townhomes.  The property is located on the southwest corner of Whitsett Park Road and Springwood Church Road as shown on plans by Alley, Williams, Carmen and King, Inc., dated October 7, 2005, and containing eight lots.

 

ITEM NO. 4: Mr. Aden Stoltzfus with Fleming Engineering, representing Mr. C. Wayne York, Sr., to present an application to rezone from R-15, Residential District, to R-12, Residential District, the property located at 2863 Longpine Road approximately 650 feet northwest of Evergreen Lane and being as shown on Alamance County Tax Map 3-22D-21.  (City)

      

ITEM NO. 5: Mr. Johnny Brooks to present an application to rezone from R-9, Residential District, to CB, Conditional Business District, to allow parking that is associated with the commercial use on the balance of the property.  The property is located on the northeast corner of North Main Street and Highland Avenue as shown on Alamance County Tax Map 51-210-105.  (City)
