How do I make a public records request?
The Office of Public Information facilitates the fulfillment of Public Records Requests. A request for Public Records can be made through any means and the requester need not specify the cause for the request.

Please call 222-5076, email the Public Information Officer, Rachel Kelly at rkelly@burlingtonnc.gov or visit Suite 204 of the Municipal Annex Building located at 237 West Maple Avenue. in downtown Burlington to make a request for Public Records.
