Get moving and active before Thanksgiving! Take some time for yourself and escape and unwind with a walk in the woods. A 3-mile hike on natural surface trails (roots, rocks, etc.) over rolling terrain with a few steep hills and a moderate pace. Wear comfortable closed-toe walking shoes or boots. Bring a water bottle and an extra layer. Trekking poles/hiking stick recommended. All ages welcome. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. The hike starts promptly at 2:00 pm.
